Колабораціонізм в історії України під час Другої світової війни

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема появи колабораціонізму в історії України під час Другої світової війни. Проведено поглиблений аналіз терміна «колабораціонізм» дозволив встановити його зв’язок з трудовою діяльністю місцевих жителів, всі вони бажали жити на власній території, намагалися вижити в тих складних умовах і були змушені співпрацювати з нацистським режимом. Виокремлено типи вияву колабораціонізму серед українців під час Другої світової війни: військова, політична, побутова, адміністративна, інформаційна, економічна та регіональна.

The article states that Ukrainian society under the legal regime of martial law is in a difficult military-political, socio-economic and criminal-legal situation. Of particular importance during this period is a new type of criminal offense "Collaboration activity" Article 111 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Unfortunately, the enforcement of this offense is growing every month. Of course, the issue of collaborationism in the history of World War II has always been of great interest not only among professional historians, but also among other researchers. This was due to the fact that a large number of scientists have developed this topic, and therefore we boldly state that in the 21st century. The problem of collaborationism is taking on a new meaning, since both the small and the big war in Ukraine created a prerequisite for cooperation between the population of Ukraine and the occupation regime of the Russian Federation. The idea is substantiated that the consolidation of the new article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine 111-1 “Collaborative activity” contributes to reducing the desire of Ukrainians to help the occupying municipal structures of the enemy, in particular in the field of education, medicine, communal structures, etc. At the same time, the law enforce ment practice of applying punishment for collaboration activity by courts shows that its qualification is not unambiguous. It is clear that there are both subjective and objective reasons here, along with this, the rule of law should be the same for all citizens of Ukraine. The article states that since the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not establish a par liamentary investigative commission on the issue of collaborationism during the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, it was not possible to consider the general accusation of all those involved in the collaboration, especially since Ukraine declared its independence. Although persons involved in the great war and during cooperation with the Russian Federation in favor of the enemy should be punished.
