Встановлення моделі травматичної зброї пістолета Т-REX калібру 9 мм р.а. за слідами на стріляних гільзах

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання щодо виявлення та дослідження наявних слідів на стріляних гільзах, що має важливе значення для встановлення моделі зброї за слідами на стріляних гільзах. Зазначено, що важливість дослідження цієї зброї зумовлена початком випуску у 2016 році в м. Одесі ТОВ «Фенікс» пістолетів T-REX калібру 9 мм Р.А. Сліди від частин цієї зброї відображені на стріляних гільзах не описані, що робить неможливим встановлення групової ідентифікації і визначення моделі зброї за слідами на стріляних гільзах. Саме тому в статті детально проаналізовано сліди, що відобразились на гільзах при пострілі з пістолета «Т-REX», які в подальшому дозволять визна чати модель зброї по слідах на гільзах та суттєво обмежать коло пошуку зброї, за допомогою якої вчинено злочин. This article deals with the issue concerning revealing and investigating existing traces at empty cartridge cases. It is very important for identification of a weapon model according to the traces at empty cartridge cases. The importance of this issue was predetermined by the fact that LLC "Phoenix" began to produce guns T-REX with 9 mm P.A. in Odessa in 2016. It means that a new model of traumatic weapons made on the basis of a combat pistol "CZ 75 P -07" appeared. Traces from the parts of these weapons that are shown at empty cartridge cases are not described. It makes impossible to conduct group identification, and determine the weapon model according to the traces at empty cartridge cases. One should remember that while determining the weapon model according to the traces at empty cartridge cases, the identified features of the weapon should be evaluated in aggregate. The main attention should be paid on those traces that are formed on a cartridge case at the moment of shooting, not on those that occur when the weapon is loaded or discharged, as the latter may have formed during the bullet being held in another weapon. The features of a particular weapon that are displayed on the empty cartridge cases do not change much after a thousand shots. It must be borne in mind that the repair of the weapon, replacement of its parts can significantly alter the details of the weapon, resulting in the general features displayed in the empty cartridge case marks will not be typical for this weapon model. In most cases while studying empty cartridge cases with 9 mm P.A. bore only the type and kind of weapon is determined, and the impossibility to identify its model is explained by the emergence of a large number of new samples of traumatic weapons and the lack of reference literature needed for making comparison. The article analyzed in detail the traces that appeared on the empty cartridge cases while shooting from a "T-REX" gun, which in future will allow to determine the weapon model according to the traces and will significantly limit the scope of the search for weapon with which the crime was committed.
