Методологічні основи формування соціально-економічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців кримінально-виконавчої системи

Abstract

Статтю присвячено формуванню соціально-економічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців кримінально-виконавчої системи. Визначено, що навчальний процес у вищих навчальних закладах зі специфічними умовами навчання формується як система організаційних і педагогічних заходів, що надає можливість здобувати знання, вміння та навички курсантам у соціально-гуманітарній, економічній, професійній та військовій сферах і включає процесуально-діяльнісну, когнітивну, інформаційно-комунікативну та ціннісну компоненту. З’ясовано, що формування соціально-економічних компетентностей майбутніх фахівців кримінально-виконавчої системи формується поетапно. На першому етапі проходить становлення когнітивного компонента компетентності, на другому – забезпечується розвиток мотиваційного компонента, а на третьому – формується аксіологічний компонент, що дозволяє оцінити рівень сформованості всіх компонентів і готовність застосовувати знання, навички, досвід на практиці в реальних ситуаціях. The article is addressed to Criminal and Executive System future specialists’ social and economic competence forming. It is determined that educational process in higher educational institutions with specific studying conditions is formed as a system of organizational and pedagogical measures that provides cadets with an opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills and abilities in social and humanitarian, economic, professional and military spheres. It is defined that a future specialist acquires competence if he has necessary competencies in the field of material production or non-productive sphere. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the process of social and economic competence forming is a multi-level system process that includes a process and activity, cognitive, informational and communicative and value component, and consists of economic literacy, consciousness, thinking, worldview, social responsibility and behavior. It is noted that socio-economical competence of future Criminal and Executive System specialists’ forms gradually. The cognitive component formation of competence takes place at the first stage; development of the motivational component is ensured at the second stage; axiological component is formed at the third stage that allows to assess the level of all components forming and the readiness to use knowledge, skills and experience in real situations in practice. The result of social and economic competence forming is the formation of active component, as the final link that integrates the mentioned components. It should be noted that educational institutions use different types of innovative educational technologies that provide future specialists’ social and economic competencies forming, namely: method of intelligence mapping, problem solving, structural and logical exercises, integration, person-oriented tasks, essays and others. It is proved that social and economic competence forming involves cadet’s personal basic qualities and integral characteristic. This provides effective team activity in the Criminal and Executive System according to the legal and moral standards that are typical in modern society.
