Щодо мети контролю за діяльністю органів та установ Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано наукові підходи до мети контролю в українській науці адміністративного права. Розглянуто практику здійснення контролю в пенітенціарних закладах, проаналізовано судові рішення щодо допущених порушень під час здійснення контролю в деяких закладах Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України. У роботі сформульовано мету контролю за діяльністю органів та установ Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України. The author analyzed the scientific approaches to the purpose of control in the Ukrainian science of administrative law in this article. He will review the practice of exercising control in penitentiary institutions, analyzing court decisions on alleged violations in the control of certain institutions of the State Criminal Execution Service of Ukraine. The author formulates the purpose of monitoring the activities of bodies and institutions of the State Criminal-Enforcement Service of Ukraine in this article. Taking into account the different views on the purpose of control and modern approaches to the subject of Administrative Law, the author proposed his own vision of the goal of control over the activities of the Internal Affairs Committee of Ukraine, which is to establish a true conformity of the activities of bodies and agencies of the SCFU of Ukraine with the established norms, regulations, guidelines and recommendations, and as well as prevention and elimination of violations with the provision of practical assistance and practical recommendations for improving the level of efficiency of the operation of controlled entities.
