Особливості ресоціалізації ветеранів війни в пробації

Abstract

У статті розкрито роль концепції нейророзмаїття під час проходження пробаційних програм ветеранами війни в Україні. Нейророзмаїття розглядається як відмінності пізнання та комунікації, що впливають на психічні процеси й соціальну взаємодію, зокрема за наявності травматичного досвіду. Для ефективної ресоціалізації ветеранів-пробаційних суб’єктів обґрунтовано необхідність: гнучкого індивідуального підходу на основі катамнестичного спостереження; адаптації пробаційних програм до нейронетипового сприйняття інформації та особливостей емоційної регуляції; забезпечення передбачуваності взаємодій з куратором і волонтерами пробації, зокрема через чіткі плани, покрокові інструкції та мінімізацію сенсорних тригерів. Перспективними напрямами визначено міжгалузеве дослідження гендерної чутливості травматичного досвіду та впровадження доказових практик просоціального моделювання з використанням європейських і світових кейсів пробації. The article reveals the role of the concept of neurodiversity during the passage of probation programs by war veterans in Ukraine. Neurodiversity is considered in the following definition: differences in a person’s cognition of himself, the world and himself in the world, when these differences affect mental processes, methods and quality of communication, interaction of people with different experiences, including traumatic ones. During the targeted resocialization of veterans – subjects of probation, it is important to ensure: 1) flexibility of the individual approach based on the study of catamnesis (long-term observation for the purpose of early detection of problems of cognitive development of a war veteran and selection of appropriate, rehabilitation-oriented methods of communication, interaction tools for successful passage of the probation program); 2) development or adaptation of the content of each current probation program to the neurodivergent perception of information, communication features, social interactions, and procedures for emotional regulation of the behavior of a war veteran (for example, provide for multi-channel information, ensure clarity and simplicity, and unambiguous wording of information); 3) predictability of interactions between a war veteran – a probation subject – with the probation program supervisor and a probation volunteer, namely: a clear simple plan, a proposal for step-by-step instructions, appropriate visual support taking into account traumatic experience, minimizing sensory loads that can serve as triggers for aggression and other destructive manifestations of behavior. The author identifies two areas as prospects for further development of the topic: interdisciplinary study of the problem of gender sensitivity of traumatic experience and taking this into account during the implementation of probation programs; prosocial modeling using a bank of evidence-based tools and developed cases of European and world probation.
