Abstract

У статті звернуто увагу на характеристику криміногенної ситуації в місцях позбавлення волі та надано кримінологічну характеристику злочинам, що там вчиняються. Зосереджено увагу на змінах у Кримінально-процесуальному кодексі України, пов’язаних з підслідністю злочинів, скоєних на територіях установ виконання покарань, та практичних проблемних питаннях, які можуть виникнути під час їх розслідування слідчими слідчих підрозділів Державної пенітенціарної служби України. Особливу увагу звернуто на проблемні питання та слідчі ситуації, що виникають під час розслідування злочинів, скоєних на території установ виконання покарань. During the report on the aforementioned issue, attention was paid to the description of the crime situation in places of detention and a criminological description of the crimes committed there. The attention is focused on changes in the criminal-procedural code of Ukraine related to the investigation of crimes committed on the territory of penitentiary institutions and practical issues that may arise during their investigation by investigators of the investigation units of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to problems and investigative situations that arise during the investigation of crimes committed in the territory of penal institutions. One of the main conditions for the complete and comprehensive investigation of crimes in the VC is the establishment of a permanent interaction between the investigator and the employees of these institutions. Very often, solving of all these problems in some way touches upon personal relationships that are made up in the environment of the convicts, hidding of which they can be interested in.
