Вплив англомовних запозичень на професійну терміносистему української мови

Abstract

Стаття має на меті встановити закономірності процесу запозичення і розкрити вплив англомовних запозичень на сучасну українську мову. Визначено англомовні запозичення в осучасненні української мови, а також роль англіцизмів у процесі глобалізації; досліджено процес запозичення англомовних лексем в історичному контексті, окреслено їх вплив на українську правничу терміносистему. Встановлено, що українська правнича термінологія є відкритою, динамічною системою, що розширюючи сферу функціонування, інтенсивно розвивається та неологізується, поповнюючись новотворами, в тому числі й іншомовного походження. Обґрунтовано вплив англійської мови на формування досліджуваної терміносистеми та активізацію процесу запозичення англомовних термінів на сучасному етапі. The development of the modern informative society is closely connected with enlarging of transnationalization exchange, creating the uniform, universal informative area. Science and technical progress, world globalization and international cooperation promote the development of international terminology, unified notions and term, scientific, economic and cultural phenomena and as a result wide use of borrowings that get international character. The spread of English and its influence on our professional and every day life is a typical characteristic of any society. English borrowings have become to play a significant role in the Ukrainian language. The globalization of the English language has created a new type of language contact situation and as a result, a new type of bilingualism. There are many reasons for using English loan words, as well as for their constant penetration into national languages. The paper investigates the main trends for the borrowing of English terms, outlines the connection of this process with the development of the society, the peculiarities of their functioning, focusing on the English borrowings in he Ukrainian language. We can observe increased use of English borrowings especially in professional term system and their influence on legal term system. Much attention is paid to historical aspect of the English words borrowing as their penetration is related to the history of our state, that on different stages of the restoration of statehood of Ukraine has jointed variety political, social and economic and cultural relations with other nations of the world increasing in this way their own language.
