Генезис домашньої злочинності в Україні

Abstract

У статті вперше розкрито генезис домашньої злочинності в Україні в контексті кримінологічного дослідження. Зазначено, що первинні паростки знань про домашню злочинність були закладені зарубіжними вченими в рамках сімейної кримінології. Обґрунтовано думку, що явище домашня злочинність міцно вкоренилося у свідомості людини саме у ХХI столітті. The article first revealed the genesis of domestic crime in Ukraine. Domestic crime has been proven to be part of criminological science. It is noted that the primary sprouts about domestic crime were laid by foreign scientists within the framework of family criminology. The foreword of the emergence of knowledge about domestic crime in Ukraine was scientific research of our scientists. It is reasonable to believe that the phenomenon of domestic crime was firmly rooted in human consciousness in the XXI century. Within the framework of the study of this problem, the fundamental direction of the criminological research “Domestic crime: counteraction and prevention” was initiated. A thorough study “Domestic Violence: Criminological Characteristics and Prevention” was conducted, which found that to study the genesis of any criminal assault, including domestic violence, it is not enough to limit the study of the identity of only the perpetrator of such violence, as it is known as noted, in some cases the final decision to commit a crime in the family sphere depends on the victim's behavior. Thus, the elucidation of the content of the genesis of domestic crime in Ukraine is important not only in terms of scientific knowledge but also in terms of the practical importance of its counteraction and prevention. In addition, our proposed course on “Domestic Crime in Ukraine: Combating and Preventing” can be considered justified in view of the high prevalence of domestic crime, as well as the desire to intensify its interest for further theoretical and practical exploration of the issues identified.
