РІВНЕВИЙ ПІДХІД У НАВЧАННІ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ-ЕКОНОМІСТІВ АНГЛІЙСЬКОЇ МОВИ

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано рівневий підхід у навчанні майбутніх економістів англійської мови. Встановлено, що у період навчання майбутніх економістів з І по IV курси проходить поступове оволодіння англійської мови на рівнях від В1.1. до В2.2, причому після закінчення другого та третього курсів студенти повинні володіти англійською мовою на рівні В2.1., четвертого курсу – на рівні В.2.2. Надано вимоги до володіння англомовною комунікативною компетентні стю на кожному курсі навчання англійської мови. Акцентовано увагу на здат ності користуватися англійською мовою в процесі ділового спілкування і відпо відно рівень мовленнєвих компетентностей визначено комплексом умінь. Зміст мовних, мовленнєвих, лінгвосоціокультурної та навчально-стратегічної ком петентностей у різні роки навчання визначено у ході дослідження. У статті конкретизовано вимоги до цих компетентностей з І по IV курси та у період навчання у магістратурі. The article deals with the level approach in teaching future economists English. The level approach provides a clear system for determining the level of mastering language in accordance with descriptors for practical and diagnostic purposes. It is provided the requirements for mastering English communicative competence in each course of studying English. The article states that the period of teaching future economists from I to IV courses provides for the gradual mastering English at levels from В1.1. to B2.2, at the end of the second and third year students must have known English at the level B2.1., the fourth year – at level В.2.2. As for the teaching future Masters of Economics, they need to reach the level C1. The components of English communicative competence in different years of teaching future economists English are determined during their studying. The article specifies the requirements for these competencies from I to IV courses and during the period of studying in the magistracy. Due to the lack of development of the issue, attention is focused on the ability to use English in the process of business communication and, accordingly, the level of speech competences is determined by a set of abilities. The contents of linguistic, speech, linguistic and socio-cultural, and learning and strategic competencies in different years of the future economists’ learning are determined during the period of studying in the higher educational establishment. The article specifies the requirements for these competences from the I to IV courses and during the period of studying at the Magistracy. It is mentioned that within the framework of each year, the level of ability in speaking, listening, reading and writing may vary, depending on the specifics of the types of speech activity.
