Окремі аспекти вивчення і розвитку емоційної стійкості в професійній діяльності персоналу Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто окремі аспекти вивчення та розвитку емоційної стійкості в професійній діяльності персоналу Державної кримінальновиконавчої служби України (далі – ДКВС України). Емоційна стійкість є важливою властивістю особистості та професійно необхідною якістю в службовій діяльності персоналу ДКВС України, тому що безпосередньо впливає на зменшення негативної дії різноманітних стрес-факторів, сприяє ефективності та розвитку безпекової складової професійної діяльності. Метою статті є окреслити окремі аспекти емоційної стійкості, визначити її роль у формуванні емоційно-вольової сфери особистості та вплив на успішність і безпеку в професійній діяльності персоналу ДКВС України. У статті розглянуто поняття емоційної стійкості, визначено відсутність єдиного підходу до розуміння цього поняття. Зроблено аналіз роз витку поняття «емоційна стійкість» у науковій літературі та розглянуто її основні компоненти. Зазначено особливості професійної діяльності персоналу ДКВС України. Визначено важливість діагностики, вивчення і необхідність розвитку емоційної стійкості для персоналу ДКВС України як однієї з основних індивідуально-психологічних властивостей особистості та її вплив на стійкість до стресогенних факторів у складних життєвих обставинах і професійній діяльності. За результатами дослідження ми виявили, що питання вивчення і розвитку емоційної стійкості персоналу має величезне практичне значення, адже вона є важливим чинником безпечної професійної діяльності, створює умови для зменшення напруження, стресу, негативних впливів зовнішніх факторів та сприяє саморегуляції, високій працездатності, збереженню психічного та фізичного здоров’я.

The article examines certain aspects of the study and development of emotional stability in the professional activities of the personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine (hereinafter – State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine). Emotional stability is an important personality trait and a professionally necessary quality in the service activities of the personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine, because it directly affects the reduction of the negative effects of various stress factors, contributes to the effi ciency and development of the safety component of professional activity. The purpose of the article is to outline certain aspects of emotional stability, to determine its role in the formation of the emotional and volitional sphere of the individual and its impact on the success and safety in the professional activities of the personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine. The article examines the concept of emotional stability, identifies the lack of a single approach to understanding this concept. An analysis of the develop ment of the concept of emotional stability in scientific literature was made and its main components were considered. The specified features of the professional activity of the personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine. The importance of diagnosis, study and the need for the development of emotional stability for the personnel of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine as one of the main individual and psychological properties of the personality and its influence on resistance to stressful factors in difficult life circumstances and professional activity have been determined. According to the results of the research, we found that the issue of studying and developing the emotional stability of personnel is of great practical importance, because it is an important factor in safe professional activity, creates conditions for reducing tension, stress, negative effects of external factors, and promotes selfregulation, high work capacity, preservation of mental and physical health.
