Abstract

В останньому номері журналу опубліковані статті, присвячені таким важливим темам, як педагогічні умови формування професійної компетентності в молодих фахівців, гендерні аспекти військової та професійної кар’єри, збереження психічного здоров’я і стресостійкості в молоді. Крім того, деякі статті присвячені соціально-економічним викликам, пов’язаним з розвитком держави у післявоєнний період. Видання буде корисним для науковців, викладачів, аспірантів, магістрантів та студентів закладів вищої освіти.

The latest issue of the journal contains articles on such important topics as pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence in young professionals, gender aspects of military and professional careers, and preservation of mental health and stress resistance in young people. In addition, some articles are devoted to the socio-economic challenges associated with the development of the state in the post-war period.
