Мотиваційні механізми як чинник ресоціалізації осіб, які відбувають покарання

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема мотивації до змін як ключової психологічної умови ресоціалізації засуджених у процесі відбування покарання. Представлено результати теоретичного аналізу наукових підходів до ресоціалізації та емпіричного дослідження особливостей мотивації до змін у засуджених залежно від тривалості строку позбавлення волі. Встановлено, що мотивація до змін має багатокомпонентний характер і трансформується під впливом умов ізоляції, життєвого досвіду та суб’єктивного сприйняття майбутнього. Виявлено відмінності у структурі мотиваційних чинників у засуджених зі строком покарання до 5 років та понад 5 років, що обґрунтовує необхідність диференційованого психологічного впливу в межах програм ресоціалізації. The article examines the issue of motivation for change as a key psychological condition for the resocialization of convicts during their term of imprisonment. The paper presents the results of a theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to resocialization and an empirical study of the characteristics of motivation for change in inmates, depending on the length of their sentence. It was established that motivation for change is multicomponent in nature and undergoes transformation under the influence of isolation conditions, life experience, and the subjective perception of the future. Differences were identified in the structure of motivational factors between convicts with sentences of up to 5 years and those with more than 5 years, which substantiates the need for differentiated psychological intervention within the framework of resocialization programs.
