Вивчення ролі стереотипів та упереджень на прикладі історії Голокосту як запорука протидії дискримінації

Abstract

У статті досліджується роль стереотипів та упереджень у формуванні можливостей протидії дискримінації на прикладі історії Голокосту та можливості використання цього історичного досвіду у викладанні дисципліни «Антидискримінаційні практики». Аналізуються соціально-психологічні механізми формування стереотипів, їхній вплив на суспільну свідомість та процеси дегуманізації. Особлива увага приділяється антисемітській пропаганді в нацистській Німеччині та її ролі в підготовці суспільства до геноциду. Розглянуто педагогічний потенціал вивчення історії Голокосту як інструменту формування критичного мислення, толерантності та поваги до прав людини. Зроблено висновок, що інтеграція теми Голокосту в освітній процес є важливим елементом формування антидискримінаційної культури та профілактики проявів ксенофобії в сучасному суспільстві. The article examines the role of stereotypes and prejudice in the formation of opportunities for combating discrimination using the example of the history of the Holocaust and the possibility of using this historical experience in teaching the discipline "Anti-discrimination practices". The socio-psychological mechanisms of stereotype formation, their impact on public consciousness and dehumanization processes are analyzed. It is especially important to share anti-Semitic propaganda in Nazi Germany and its role in preparing society for genocide. The pedagogical potential of studying the history of the Holocaust as a tool for forming critical thinking, tolerance and respect for human rights is considered. It is concluded that the integration of the Holocaust topic into the educational process is an element of forming an anti-discrimination culture and preventing manifestations of xenophobia in modern society.
